Is it worth watching?

Just finished Broadchurch for the second time (I watched it 6 years ago when it first came out, and then again recently). I really enjoyed it. More so the second time around, I think.

I love David Tennant and I think he's an excellent actor.

Just wondering if this is worth watching more in terms of the storyline as opposed to the actors/actresses.

I enjoyed it - I do have a fondness for David Tennant - he’s a really good actor, and he was good in this. And the plot is good too - it kept me guessing.

@SDTGisAnEvilWolefGenius yeah, sure, I'm watching it on BritBox, which gives you a 1 week free trial so I am literally binge-watching all the good shows I can until it runs out. I have 2 days left and still have DCI Banks to try and watch too 😂😂

@KatieKat88 yes, really good first episode, I was on the edge of my seat, what incredible scenes in the last 15 mins! 😳 and I think I am growing increasingly fond of Mr Tennant and that gorgeous accent 😩🙌 Lol..

I've seen him in roles where he's a lovely character and others where he's absolutely terrifying - this makes my love for him problematic he seems nice in interviews IRL so I have to keep remembering that!

I really enjoyed it except for one scene which I won't mention!

No, you're right, it wasn't the scene I thought (even though that one still choked me up). But yes, I now know which one you mean 😩🤦‍♀️ don't want to spoil it for anyone else though of course. But all in all, excellent watch, wish it had been longer than 4 episodes though!
