Unbearable documentary but I guess it should be hopeful. 300 child survivors of concentration camps, brought as refugees to a rehabilitation camp in the Lake District in 1945.

I’ve met Arek, he lives in Leeds now. I went on a trip to Auschwitz with him nearly 20 years ago

I saw that in the listings and I would never have guessed that was what it was about. It read like it was about some completely random bunch of kids formed a bond by virtue of living around Windermere.
