Helen McRory died and before that she was really ill so I doubt it

Aberama was killed in S5 and Alfie Solomon's was actually alive.

I was incredibly disappointed with the last season. PB started wonderfully, it then seemed to become that 'in' program that everyone and his mother just had to watch.
I don't know whether the writers felt the need to play up to that, but for me last season lacked any decent storyline and replaced it with lots of violence, covers of songs and slow walks through cobbled streets.

Lots of style, not a lot of substance.
