Anyone watch?

I quite enjoyed it, I think that the neville and Florence storyline will be dragged out over a few episodes to keep people interested

Enjoyed it, wasn’t expecting to due to the dire last series. Neville much less annoying, was hoping they would keep Colin on to join the police out there. Do not like the romance storyline.

I enjoyed it but it was a bit silly.
Weirdly at the beginning I told DH I bet there's an evil twin (because Matthew Baynton was in it) and I wasn't a million miles out Grin

I enjoyed it. Lovely bit of tropical sunshine in December and a nice escape from the real world. Looking forward to the new series in January

I'm not a regular watcher but DH and DD love it and so we all watched it together. I plumped for the right murderer early on but it was a complete lucky guess and I was a but confused in places. Nice bit of escapism from Covid, British weather etc.

The private directive (zelda?) found him for him i think. So she found the real billionaires son. I'm not sure if the mum is also the mother of Colin and she was pregnant with the real man's son and that's why her and the imposter man gave him up for adoption.

He was writing a letter to his son as zelda had given him the address. But the wives and daughter ripped the letter up. He still had the envelope. How convenient it was the right size for the card.

I enjoyed it. Added bonus of matthew baynton as well.

I also enjoyed it and I like the romance storyline, I'd like to see Neville find love. I think they'd be a good fit. And it's good to see him starting to adapt to the lifestyle.

Because the private detective found him, and the mother(Juliet Stevenson) must have told the man who committed suicide it was his, when in fact it was the real persons

Really enjoyed it and it’s one of the only programmes that dc (22 and 19) will sit down and watch with us as a family.

I really like Neville now as the detective - all his allergies at the beginning was annoying.

I miss JP and also Ruby.

We guessed early on that he was a long lost son. Or that the bearded fellow was the father. However, under British law, wasn’t sure if he was legally allowed to inherit (if he had been adopted at any time, then he wouldn’t be the legal heir).

Did wonder how they kept the identity of the cousin secret after all the years. Surely a relative would have visited at some point?

However, loved the programme. New series starts on January 7th.

That was a complicated ending! So the nice Colin inherits milllions - but has to live knowing his real mum killed his real dad!

Juliet Stephenson was having a whale of a time (over)acting everyone else off the screen. Loved the ending. I do hope poor Florence has some handsome local step in next series to save her from Neville.

Isn't Neville Florence's boss? Totally unprofessional behaviour and they've used the plotline with a previous inspector (the first?). Last time was extra weird as the inspector was about Katherine's age, but she was fanning the flames of a romance with her daughter.

Enjoyed the episode though, especially the return of Danny John-Jules.
