Can anyone remember this tv series please

This is going to be so vague that I doubt anyone will know it but fingers crossed. I would love to know the name of a documentary series I used to watch, about pregnancy and infertility and following a selection of couples. It might have featured Robert Winston. I can't remember anything else about it except that one of the women was in her twenties, blond and reminded me facially of Ross Noble!

I think I used to watch it during my first pregnancy which would date it to 1989.

Was it Making Babies? That was set in Robert Winston’s fertility clinic, following different couples but I think that was early/mid 90s.

It very much could have been that series yes, but I can't find any photos of the couples involved on Google. I know I'd recognise them if I saw them as I was very invested at the time- I'd ideally like an update on them.
