Mid to late 90s, there were 2 or 3 sisters, brunette, very glam. They were possibly witches or maybe not actual witches but had some sort of psychic connection. One was in charge and was protecting the others.
There was a man whose father had remarried a younger woman and had a baby, he flicked a fountain pen over the babybin the moses basket and there was ink on the baby.
It's so bloody vague I know, but I often get mini flashbacks to it and I'd love to know what it was.
