Yes. The judges choose one dance, the couple choose their favourite and then The Showdance. So they’ve only got to learn one new routine, the other two are just already learnt, just need some brushing up.

I don't think he is in discomfort I think it's a 'comfort' position for his hand, I don't think he's comfortable in the shirt, actually he's stood like that a lot.

I think a lot of people have “comfort positions” like @TitsInAbsentia says - mine is to hold my left elbow with my right hand, arm across my stomach.
