I’m actually enjoying this more than our bake off this year

Anyone else watching?

I watched the first episode but I was annoyed at the judge interference (lemons) so not sure whether to stick with it!

Judges interference, hosts telling them was a technical is, people getting kudos for adding things not in the technical recipe (“I didn’t put it in there, but I hoped someone would!”), and soooo much helping each other - plus they seem to have more time? They’re not rushing at all! I don’t know why I’m so annoyed by all this, but I am
But, they are very good bakers, defo overall higher calibre than I think we’ve seen in uk for a while!
