Has anyone watched Nashville and is it any good?

Depends if you like country music and melodrama! I loved the first couple of seasons and used to listen to the music in my car because it had some seriously catchy tracks. The rest of the seasons were OK but it definitely went downhill and had kind of a weird last season.

Still worth a watch though as the Nashville music scene is really interesting.

I really enjoyed it! Haven't seen the last season though. Agree it helps if you like country music as they do sing rather a lot. It's quite predicable in places but a nice easy watch.

I quite liked Nashville, not a massive fan of the music so I'd fast forward through the songs (especially ones where Gunnar and Scarlett were moping at each other).

The later series didn't work as well after as it felt like the heart had gone from the show.

Loved the first couple of series. Not a massive country music fan but all the songs were really good and I love playing the soundtrack

I absolutely loved it, the music and drama were great.

As PP said though the last season was rubbish. They just literally rehashed every single storyline and the characters were doing the same things they were doing 2 seasons earlier

I would still watch it again though! I still listen to the soundtrack quite a lot.

If I recall, the last season felt like it revolved around Maddie who was obnoxious and couldn’t sing. I really didn’t like her music style with that weird out of breath singing, so had to skip through about half the show at that point.

Same really loved it up until the last season when it focused on Maddie I gave up on that season.
I am not a massive fan of country music so was surprised how much I enjoyed it.

Ok thanks for the feedback everyone! Hate when shoes ruin great series with a rubbish last season. The finales of sopranos and dexter spring to mind....
