Just watched Tuesday's episode, the one with grieving son and dad possible STI.
Ruhma referred to her nephew as her cousin in this episode. I always get mixed up with my nephews and cousins, not.

I wondered if it's an honoury (can't spell!) auntie? So he is her cousin but because of the age difference gets called Auntie.

Oh God I know! When the Nun collapsed and Fred rushed over and picked up her bike I was howling. Vera as well, the new series. So so obvious it was funny.

He's deteriorated, seemed more lucid in carpark.
