I took ds to the hospital to change his cast on his wrist at 11- but I left him there, because we were waiting ages. He is still there. It's only up the road, wasn't worth us both hanging around.

I thought you meant at age 11 (DS) and I thought, blimey I'm sure you've talked about DS working, that's a blooming long wait on the NHS!

I'm glad I'm not the only one confused by wallet man

Told no, he's 19.

We did feel like we were there ages though- and that was before I left him behind .

Did anyone else get confused between wallet man and the gardener?

Have they heard us complaining about the lack of patients so decided to give us two for the price of one with Mrs IBS and Miss Inverted Busty Muffins?

I have accompanied both my parents to appointments because of old age, deafness and a tendency to not give the whole truth but I would never under any circumstances have my mother sitting in on an appointment of mine!

Yes, hairbrush, I confused wallet man with the gardener.
I also confused the kitchens, and laughed at the supposed mess in wallet man's kitchen (they ought to see mine )

Ithink I did get confused- and then started to think that wallet man was imagining whoever was at the end of his phone calls. Jimmi seemed to be shoe-horned in for no reason.
The whole episode made no sense. Even for Doctors .

Wallet Man said at some point that he was really strapped for cash, which was contributing to his depression, so they may have been making some kind of point about him finding the wallet but immediately returning it and even refusing the offer of a reward. I don't think we've seen the last of him - he's supposed to be bringing his other half to a joint consultation with Jimmi...

I keep singing 'Rocket Man' now when I think of 'Wallet man'
