Glad Plod and Gobby are reconciled but think the whole wedding thing was bonkers. The tap dance to God Rest Ye was bizarre.

Ruhma's name was misspelled on her pink sash as Rhuma. Sorry if this has already been mentioned.

Told the dentist was a bit rubbish- he packed the tooth with filling stuff ( which has now come off) and told me to make an appointment for the new year. If I had gone in waving wads of cash and demanding an implant, I would have been OK, I'm sure. He wasn't very helpful. I know I need a denture, ( which he didn't suggest) but at the moment I don't care if I end up walking about with no tooth!

I've now got a sharp bit of filling stuff at the back of my tooth, catching on my tongue. I should go vack really but I haven't got time!

Hopefully no toothache though Raahh
My hygienist (private) said I need a filling and to contact my dentist (NHS) to arrange.
Sorry we're not routine appointments, unless you're in pain then nothing we can do. So much for preventative treatment

I was trying to work out if the Gobbys really were Karen and Rob actors or their own real life partners (covid and that) I couldn't see the joins if they were different partners.

When they were kissing I mean.

I think it was actually just the actors kissing. Not to sound too pervy but I am enjoying the fact that characters can now kiss and hug one another again, it has been so unrealistic and grating seeing love affairs with no physical contact!

Even Val's wedding there was no contact, apart from Karen and Rob. I'm so glad they're back together 💝

Just bumping the thread ahead of the return of Doctors, (though I will miss Monday, because I'm away)- because Eeeeeesh turned up on Father Brown today. . I do like Father Brown, it's like comfort food .

I actually caught Father Brown on TV today, cos I saw eeesh.
I'm glad Christmas and New year are done.
It was still daylight at 4.30pm today, so looking forward to Spring

I enjoyed seeing Eesh on Father Brown too! Was quite shocked to see her and hear her talking in quite a posh voice. Made me think, I have no idea what the actors real accent is! Plus wasn't the corrupt one Kylie from Corrie? Really looking forward to seeing Doctors again from next week!

I quite enjoyed today's episode, nice to be back in the land of usual schedule after the December and New year stuff.

I diagnosed endometriosis immediately, it usually takes an average of seven years to reach diagnosis for this condition. Or so I've heard, Emma Barnett talks about it.
If it was a male problem it would probably be sorted out much sooner.
But not the next day like in Doctors

The sleazy surgeon was very OTT, handy to have it wrapped up in 25 minutes.
Also, I'd never thought as Daniel as posh, like the female patient said. Zara, yes.

I am just catching up.

So glad to have Doctors back as it gives a sense of normality (although nothing in Letherbridge is ever normal.) I had hoped that we'd never hear about Val's wedding ever again.

Don't like this surgeon.

Glad the Gobbys are happy again. Immie's stint was short lived.

MyCat Val is certainly going on about her 'solo' wedding.
