Get Back - anyone else watching?

Binging it over the weekend with my boyfriend - he's a Beatles obsessive so is happy as a happy thing.

It's good, I think. God they all look young. Looks like a massive operation for 4 blokes who have essentially run out of ideas, but somehow out of that it is genuinely spinechilling to hear McCartney generating Get Back and Let It Be.

I have it booked in for this evening, I cannot wait!

Just reflecting that there aren't many female Beatles fans! I am halfway through the second episode- watching it in small bits. It is incredible. I can talk about it all day!

I suppose I'm not a Beatles fan in that way, although I love their music and am pretty interested in them. I probably wouldn't be dedicating my entire weekend to it if it weren't for my boyfriend though

Bloody hell just watching the bit where Billy Preston joins them. Amazing lift in energy and focus.

It's incredible. Probably the best series I've ever watched! I have one more left to watch.

This bit made me laugh. Their old mate Billy was just passing one day while in England and ends up joining the band. And what a band to join!

The talent pool in that room was mindblowing. Love Billy's playing and smile.

Loved Billy too.

And the unbelievably gorgeous Alan Parsons in the mix room [no idea of vocabulary]

I am late to the party, but it's an incredible watch.
