Is anyone else watching this? I'm really enjoying it!

I really enjoyed the first story but really struggled to get into the second.

There’s something incredibly soothing about the actor though - I think he ought to record audio books

Totally agree about the actor, he is the definition of calm and collected.

Watched the first 2 episodes last night. I loved it, but I remember with fondness the originals when PD James was involved on set and
Roy Marsden was Dalgeish. I loved the 70s vibe - the nurses home (I lived in one like that) and the car and clothes.

I loved this series. Bertie Carvel was amazing. The final scenes of tonight's episode nearly broke me.

I’m behind with Dalgleish, having only watched the first two episodes, but have been watching repeats of series 1 of Dr Foster in which Bertie Carvel plays Dr Foster’s unfaithful husband.

He’s almost unrecognisable, which I suppose is a mark of a good actor.
