NEIGHBOURS - is it finishing on BBC 1 on Friday?

I didnt know it was finishing on BBC 1, that would explain the change around in time

Nooooooooo!! Don't they do a christmas break though every year and are back on after new year?! (desperately clutching at straws!!!)

the time change was explained on points of view last week
not moving til this time next year i think

It will move some time next Spring the website says

Basically, they said that they were changing the time because it will be moving to C5 and they have taken the opportunity to showcase doctors

in other words, they want to lose as many viewers as possible before it goes across to 5

They won't lose me - I can't watch till 5.35 anyway (and only if my dp is not home yet).

god Doctors is rubbish - I love neighbours it's soo funny, proper escapism. Haven't watched it for months though since that blonde woman and her policeman boyfriend moved away in a helicopter (only caught the end of the episode and had missed the previos few weeks' so was a bit confused at first.

I shall just switch over to channel 5 when the time comes, at least it means I won't have to hear that awful doctors theme tune if I leave the TV on after neighbours
