Oh no! I've recorded it. It doesn't take much to set me off to be fair.

It’s one of my absolute favourite documentaries

I cry at nearly every episode but this weeks blimey

BigSandyBalls2015 · 03/11/2021 09:20

Yes, it gets me very time. But particularly this week with those poor people in that dinghy and the fabulous, compassionate way they were treated by the amazing RNLI guys/girls.

Horrible to hear they got abuse when they docked Angry.

Henrynextdoor · 03/11/2021 19:11

Yep, love this programme so much I bought the tea-towelGrin
The RNLI volunteers are bloody amazing, the sea terrifies me.
I've also signed up to receive text alerts when they get a call-out, made me part of it all.

I love by the sea. The lifeboat shouts are part of life. You see the practice sessions every Sunday, it makes the danger very real.

Lots of people I know have been part of the lifeboat crew at some point. I think they are so so incredibly brave. To go out in the most awful sea conditions within moments of getting called is true bravery. All volunteers as well.
