I found Dan, Sara and John all very flat this week. They lacked... something.

I’d love to see Johannesburg dancing with Luke Evans. They’d need to keep fire extinguishers handy. No chance though, and Luke would likely be considered a ringer as he does have stage musical experience.

I voted Sara twice and Dan once on the basis of who I want to stay in rather than fave dances of the night. I hope Ugo (who I really like) is going home for everyone's sake including his. AJ is my favourite and was fucking robbed, but I'm pretty sure she's safe at that position on a leader board with no ties so I'm going tactical.

Before this series started I wasn't very excited about the cast, then after the first two shows I was being won over, but now I'm just a bit bored. I feel like 10's are being flung around to convince us this series is exciting, rather than because the dancing is good.

AJ and Rose aside, the costumes were all horrible.

I love Dan and Nadiya, but he is being treated very gently.

Adam was almost as bad as Greg.

Tom and Amy's salsa looked like a panic-stricken mess.

John and Johannes lacked energy and were too balletic for a charleston.

Rhys isn't getting the flavour of ballroom and Latin.

I liked the atmosphere of Ugo and Oti's dance, but I wonder how he will progress through the competition if he can't even move enough for a rumba.

Otty is how Oti pronounced her own name before the British got hold of it and decided she was called Oh-tee.

AJ was good in the intricate bits but looked like she was being dragged about in the slower bits.

Liked Rose but she didn't carry the drama through to the bits in hold.

Tilly was good but too sugary.

Sara was technically better than several above her on the leaderboard, but it wasn't the most thrilling dance.

This! I voted AJ, John & Rose. Thought they were all fab. Didn’t think Ugo’s dance was up to much, he should go out this week imo.

Sorry my friend. I am the owner of AJ’s legs. They’re on a borrow for Strictly. I’m trudging away on her dimpled cankles in the meantime. I reckon I’ll be able to charge a fortune on the Loaning Leg Library after this.

I suspect Ugo will go if he is bottom two, simply because him carrying an injury is a bit of a liability.

John was at an advantage I think, being such a tall, muscular man. In previous years they said the charleston is better for petite people.

I reckon Ugo has to go as not much dancing from him tonight, wasn’t inspired by the show again. What’s the deal with Tilly being fawned over, Adam was total cringe all thrusting and way too tight jeans 😬, J & J weren’t that great I didn’t think. AJ was best dance for me...

Benidorm is a terrible sitcom that is/was on ITV. It makes Mrs Brown look like a Billy Wilder film.

Shirley is a fucking embarrassment. She’s like a Les Dawson character or a seaside landlady, so common with her ‘wet’ innuendo. We’ll be getting jokes about HRT and hot flushes next. She’s just a fish wife rolled in glitter. Zero credibility as she is completely incapable of fairness and her bias always shows in each series. I wish they’d given Anton the job when Les left.

Re. Shirley. My dad used to say 'you can put a pig in a party frock but you can't stop it grunting!' Not that she looks like a pig - she is gorgeous, but you get my drift.

She shouldn't be head judge when she is constantly making comments like that. The head judge should have some gravitas and give an informed critique.

The faces Adam pulls when he's doing a fun dance put me in mind of Frank Spencer. I don't think that's the intention.

I love J&J but that wasn’t good. I’d forgotten how good the DVO Charleston was even with out comparing it to Caroline greatness
