Have watched strictly for a few years now, but totally naive to what happens beyond what I see. From what some posters are saying here, the strictly team tell the girls what colour their hair should be. Really??

Blimey. Even Abby Cohen seems more over it than us lot (she said in an interview recently she regretted calling K a fucking Russian dancer when stressed out) and their kids are thirteen now.

They certainly used to - same as in the U.S - certainly, Aliona had to use hair dye and Jo Clifton. I think it's so we can tell the pros apart cos production think we are thick or blind. Sharna in the U.S also had flame red and poor Emma had one season as a harsh brunette.
Erin and Amy both had dyed darker tresses before going back to more natural colours. Now admittedly, I do find Whitney and Lindsay on DWTS very similar...they even take advantage of that by pairing up for trio dances, but on Strictly I am pretty sure I'd manage if Dianne and Nadija were blonde.

I hope Nancy chills her beans next week. Rhys showed me tonight that he’s a good dancer and he listens. I can’t bear when the professionals are up talking with Claud shrieking and giving it the big teeth. Are they trying to disguise that they had a bad dance by giving it the big wows?

Katya and Nancy both guilty of this for me. Katya - Adam had a shocker for me. Absolute cringe fest. Like a stripper on Ladies Night at the Legion. However, I think he can do better. Move on and up. But please stop the wowsers face. It wasn’t wowsers. You are better than this.

I think the fallout post Katya and Seann was because there had never been an affair openly while the show was running .

I think she’s just so hyper & shouty (?) & making herself centrestage without letting Rhys shine. Katya has become more shouty also & that’s annoying me as well. I think if Nancy toned it down a bit she’d do a bit more favours to Rhys, who I think is quite sweet.

She might be now soupy because she is known for it, but I don't think she chose it back in 2017. Now it's her trademark, she#s kind of stuck with it like Sharna was; although I think she went a lighter orange in between series at one stage. Happy to be told I'm wrong though.

Good picks Sequins. Danse Macabre is the one which has always baffled me that they've never done it. Then they got Caroline Quentin on in a year with no Halloween! Do you think they're holding out for Alan Davies?

One slight correction - Moon Over Bourbon St is vampires not werewolves.

I'd like to see them have a stab at a jive to the Buffy theme song (Gemma and Aljaz did a Buffy themed jive to Ever Fallen In Love With Someone which was inspired casting TBF) - . Or fully geek out and do a Paso to Rest In Peace from the musical episode.
