Doctor Foster is being repeated on Drama (Freeview Channel 20) on Monday nights.

I can hardly believe it was six years ago that I saw this. Where does the time go? Shock

The first episode was last Monday night, and it's well worth watching!

Suranne Jones is a damned fine actor. The fury is palpable just from her face.

Her straying husband doesn't stand a chance.

No matter how cute he is! Wink

He is gorgeous, isn't he?

Yes I loved this. And Jodie Comer before she hit mega stardom.

I loved when she drove out of the car park at high speed, and ripped the passenger side door mirror off on the gatepost!

I wonder whether that was intentional, or something that just happened during the filming, and they decided to include it in the storyline?

I mean, that could only have been filmed in one take, couldn't it? Once the mirror had been snapped off, it was off!

I wonder how she knew how close to the gatepost to drive so that the mirror would be smashed against it?

Anyway, a great series, and I'm looking forward to the rest of it.

Heisgorgeous, isn't he?

I find him revolting. Smarmy and not very bright.

I love the William Congreve.

I remember watching her in Hollyoaks!

I remember I liked how when she suspected her husband was having an affair (the hair on the scarf etc) it wasn't because she was a neurotic woman. It was because he was, you know, having an affair.

Yep, LindyLou2020!

It was September 2015 when this was first broadcast.

Frightening, isn't it, how fast time seems to be going? Shock

I remember sitting on a bench in Hitchin and watching "something" being filmed... not realising it was this and how much I would love it!

I’m rewatching

Saw when s1 was originally shown

The road where they lived is by my favourite pub (in Croxley Green). Filming was quite a production.

I liked Bertie until he appeared on This Morning (?) just before the season finale and thought he came across as an arrogant arse (imho).

Somehow doubt there'll be another season but it was very gripping.

It's so good. The writer said it was conceived as a modern retelling of Medea, a wife spurned and seeking vengeance. She's not mad, she is very very angry. It becomes quite chilling watching it with that in mind.
