Come on, I can't be the only one.

I like the new igloo outside. My best moment so far is Desiree Burch's increasingly pissed-off, deadpan "ding ding" as she shops at the Balloon Popping Shop.

Alan Davies' hair appears to have aged without taking his face along with it.

I imagine Greg makes the bigger money on the appearance - he is a big part of why the format originally succeeded. That said, I do indeed imagine that what with owning the format, Alex has made a very nice pile indeed. Bottom line, Greg is replaceable and Alex isn't, unless and until he sells the intellectual property.

I like to imagine Alex's wife's face sometimes when he comes home from work and tells her what exactly he's been up to... Then again, she's the one who sold him out on his PIN number and Sian's fake photo of him naked...

I think my favourite thing about Taskmaster is the fact that Alex Horne invented it. I hope that means that he’s the one making serious money from it, especially now it’s moved to E4 and has been sold to other countries.

I like to think he’s sitting there Greg and all these other celebrities going “you made me eat a disgusting concoction but I don’t care cos I’ve made ten times more this episode than you have”.

Victory for Little Alex Horne!

I'm sure he's doing very well out of it, especially now it's on E4. Lots of other countries have versions of it too. But he's still just little Alex Horne, bless him. I think my favourite contestant ever was Mike Wozniak. He was so lovely.

One of the favourite/most disturbing tasks for me was Jo Brand and David Baddiel creating a version of the game Operation! 🤣

I'm a Brit living in NZ and I can categorically state that the 3 NZ series' of Taskmaster are excellent. Dare I say i it I think they are better then the any of the UK series since Bob Mortimer.

So, when Victoria bought the football tickets for Alan, did she truly believe she was doing a good thing? Because I thought she looked completely confused by the way Greg (and Alan) reacted...

No! She was being ironic. She's not daft!

I think she is sometimes too clever for Taskmaster in that sense - she thinks beyond and makes a clever joke, which doesn't then go over very well with Greg. Although I did wonder if he might give her points for that one, as he was making a bit of a 'thing' about them being too nice to each other, so I thought he would potentially give her points for not being too nice - but possibly he couldn't because she'd dressed it up as an ironic faux-naive 'nice' present!

Yes, a bit like the task to bring the best thing that has quite a few layers. I liked the chickens! Greg did not...

I can recommend the Taskmaster podcast (you can google it) they had VCM on who provided some amusing background.

This is exactly what I expected her to be like - but I thought she would fight harder and really argue with Greg about what she brings. She doesn't do that which surprised me. Although on the podcast she does say that apart from poker she's not competitive at all.

I don’t think this series has been as good as some of the others, a little disappointed in it tbh and I think Victoria has just taken the easy way out in most of the tasks, which isn’t the point of the game (flapjack springs to mind, which would never have been allowed in other series) I’ve enjoyed Gus and Morgana though, she reminds me of Sally Philips a bit but not as good. Sally is the best. ❤️

Last night's reappearance of Greedy Esq. in the prize task was exactly what I'd been hoping for from Victoria.

Alex and Greg's reactions to the balloon popping! - made me laugh so much

I just listened to Alan Davis on the taskmaster podcast from a few weeks ago, and he didn't seem to quite get that Victoria was being disingenuous about the Man United tickets! Both he and the podcast host seemed to kind-of believe that she was doing it just because she was clueless about sports. She's not that daft! It was deliberately meant to be funny. And I thought she should have got more points for it, for that.

I still like Victoria and her role on the show seems to be the target of Greg's withering judgements, even when she does clever things. But I am also warming to both Morgana and Desiree. Alan is fun too, but so laid back that I don't get much out of his tasks, somehow barely memorable.

Just caught up with the final. Loved the final task with the noises 😄

I think Morgana was a worthy winner.

I can drink really easily with my mouth open, I kept doing it during that task.

I really thought Desiree would win, I was surprised Morgana did but then everyone other than VCM was in with a chance, weren't they.

I loved the glee on everyone's faces when Greg was trying to guess who was making the noises. I was laughing so much at Alan's face when he was beat boxing - and then he unleashed the wow monster... So good!
