ITV hub / itv.com

I have the itv hub app on my iPad. When I go into it and search for Hollington Drive it says can’t find anything. However if I go to itv.com it is there. The app is up to date - am I being stupid expecting something to available to watch on both or is this not how it works?
I can’t watch anything on itv.com anyway because it just says oops something went wrong(!) when I press play so it’s a moot point. Can anyone explain what I am doing wrong? Is it my iPad, iOS version or just operator error (I.e. me)

I hate ITV hub for this. Annoyingly it's the only way I can download programs to watch off line later. I pay for the subscription too, and it's no better! I suspect its an Apple thing - Android devices recommend clearing the cache/cookies on the App which is something the iphone cannot do.

Try deleting and redownloading the app, I have had some success with this.

I find the "Oops" message pops up when I try to play a programme in a poor signal area so I pop the phone into Airplane mode first and this helps. Once the Oops message comes up, it seems to corrupt the file and it will never play after that!

I have literally just deleted it and reloaded it all this afternoon for next week's commute viewing after it wouldn't let me watch Endeavour.

The itv hub is shit.
