I’m sure that’s illegal it bloody well should be

In the absence of any sexual context and in relation to nudity where the person has no intention to cause alarm or distress it will normally be appropriate to take no action unless members of the public were actually caused harassment, alarm or distress (as opposed to considering the likelihood of this).

It's only really illegal if it's intended to alarm or distress, apparently? I feel I'd be somewhat alarmed to find naked people walking across my farm and crawling through walls if I were a farmer, but looks like in the first instance the cops would just tell 'em to cover up.

I know the programme says something about their contestants having to avoid the law, but I doubt they'd have them doing something that's completely illegal - they'd get in trouble with the ombudsman or whatever.
