The Goes Wrong Show - new series!

I was so excited about this coming back. I didn’t think the first episode was that great. (Not your best work - sorry couldn’t resist! Grin).Not enough Chris for me.

But, they’ve released the whole series on BBCiPlayer so we watched the second episode straight after. It was so funny my stomach hurt from laughing.

Is anyone else a big fan of these?

Me! I love it and have only just spotted it has come out. Good to know the second one is better, would be disappointed if it wasn't great.

Even a not great episode is better than 90% of the rest of the stuff on TV!

We’ve rationed ourselves to 2 episodes tonight so we’ll have more to watch through the week.

I hope they do another Christmas show. Their Christmas Carol is part of our holiday tradition now.

I watched the first one tonight and was laughing so hard at all the hard jokes I actually missed half of them 😅 I need to watch it again! Rationing ourselves to one a week!

I love this! We saw it at the theatre and it was hilarious. The TV series cracks me up too.
I’m going to save it until the weekend and enjoy it.

I laughed so hard at the first one I was nearly sick and had to pause to compose myself! Quite nervous about the second one now!

We also watched the first 2 and the second one was definitely the funnier . I’ve seen a few of their stage productions and they are soooooo much better than the TV show .

@Spanglebangle I thought I was going to wake the toddler because I was laughing so loud at the second one!

@Floralnomad & @FayKnights We saw them do The Play that Goes Wrong in the theatre years ago when they toured with it. Even my DF who isn’t a comedy fan was roaring laughing. We caught a few of the live lockdown improv shows they did online and they were so much fun.

@ladyflower23 I definitely need to ration them. I’m working in the living room today and the temptation to watch one is great Grin.

I love it so much. Episode 2 had some great lines. Episode 4 and 5 were my favourites though!

I find them a bit hit and miss. In places so funny you can't breathe, in others vulgar and silly without being funny.

Just finished it but I thought the first series was much better. we have peter pan goes wrong on DVD. its a favourite for school sick days Grin

I found during the last series, some episodes were better than others.

I felt this was a little ‘try too hard’. Elements of it I liked, other bits were a bit predictable.

Didn't realise they were all on IPlayer. Will be watching this weekend then.

I've watched both the play that went wrong, and just last month, Magic goes wrong, in the theatre. So much funnier live.
