Hope I'm typing this ok as Adam's bum cheeks have poked my eyes out.
There wasn't anyone I really didn't like; a really good first week.
Hell-o, Kai! Thought the music killed off that routine but I could see it was danced well.
Wish Katya wouldn't chuck in those gimmicky bits as they most often throw off the whole routine. Pleasantly surprised by Adam, as the sportsmen are usually terrible and wooden, but he showed real promise.
Tom Fletcher danced to the same song as Jeremy Vine, very much like a young Jeremy Vine.
Thought the judges undermarked Tilly. It was charming.
Rhys is a contender but he threw himself at that VW too much. Bit manic, and nobody wants a manic VW.
Can't believe Artem choreographed a funnier Rasputin cha cha than Dianne. Bill Bailey found the perfect line between comedy and taking it seriously, and I think any comedian is going to find him a hard act to follow.
I thought that John, as essentially a GBBO baker, was going to be out of his comfort zone, but that was my routine of the night.
Greg and Judi both got by on selling their routines, so I was annoyed when Shirley picked up on Greg's lack of technique but let it slide with Judi. In general, I was annoyed (as always) with the judges' lack of consistency.
Love Nadiya getting a fun celeb. It's like watching one of those incredibly glamorous 90's supermodels be a bit goofy.
Ugo and Sara both ropey but fun.
Giovanni dancing a competition-level jive is a thing to behold, so I really appreciate him holding back and allowing Rose to shine.
Katie's was another routine hampered by the music. Good, but not memorable.
Nina was a surprise, but I just felt that choreography didn't suit her at all.
Predictions for the final: Adam, John, AJ and Rhys.
