Series like Ghosts?

My 12 yr old DS and I have really enjoyed watching Ghosts. Any suggestions for similar fairly light hearted series we could watch? We have Netflix, Prime, Disney Plus. Thanks

Merlin was great, I think a 12 year old would love it and she probably missed it first time round. On iPlayer I think.

Try the BBC comedy Detectorists. My family loved it, it's perfect for a Sunday afternoon. Mackenzie crook is in it.

It's not like ghosts but my two who like ghosts love Friday night dinner. I was told on here before it's not suitable though :-) - that was for a 10 year old though, 12 year old should be fine!

I loved Spirited. An Australian drama about a woman who could see a ghost. Think it was on Netflix. One of the best things I have ever watched.

My 14-year-old Ghosts fan also loved Brooklyn 99, Speechless, The IT Crowd and Friday Night Dinner, and quite likes Black-ish and Modern Family.

My 10yo and husband were glued to this, they watched it every week and could hardly wait for the next episode to drop which was a novel experience for DD who would happily have binge watched the whole series had it been possible (and if she'd been allowed!)...

It's a TV adaption of a book series. Very good for younger readers but who like a more complex story.

Parks and Recreation?

Superstore. Very funny and easy to watch. Kept me going when I was being induced, and when I was doing newborn night feeds.

I loved Spirited too. Think it’s on Amazon though.
