I think for once ixperts are right in saying that Nikita is taking Alexis being rejected by Jordan as a personal attack.

Jordan telling her to speak English is soooo insulting. She is speaking English, it might not be easily understood due to the area that she's from, but it's still blooming English!

Yes it's bizarre. She shouted over to him and asked a barrage of questions, kept commenting under her breath then decided to keep going, keep prodding and then when she didn't get the answers she wanted became even more of a horror
