I'm not convinced Amy was interested in Hugo whatsoever but I love how fierce she was, she told him exactly what she thought. This is the kind of contestant we need on the show. What a shame she left

So tired of producers rigging everything and keeping in fan faves. Where is the drama? Give people like Amy a chance to developer their character and role In the show before booting them!

@butterpuffed I’ve always disliked Jake. He made lots of comments and took the piss out of Liberty to the boys, talked about how he wasn’t that into her and would be open to new girls. He constantly pushes her to say stuff about having feelings for him then laughs and gives her nothing on return.
He didn’t give 2 Shit to about how upset she was by his comments about her and hasn’t actually genuinely tried to reassure her. He’s skirted around the issue and used manipulative language like
I made you my girlfriend why would I do that (for the 50k duh) and then on top of that his snaky behaviour in casa amour.

Is it bad to say I hope Faye gets to the final week so we can see what her family is like. May explain a lot.

As someone up thread said Big Brother had a huge problem in the first series in America when they let the public vote.

They found all the 'characters' were voted out by the public and they were left with lovely personalities who made extremely dull TV.

It changed the format of reality TV voting with more voice given to the contestants in order to keep the drama.

It was all on - For Real, the story of reality TV - think I watched on Hayu. Quite interesting

Yeah there should be something better than the islanders pick as they’ll just pick their favourites. Maybe the most popular have to choose who leaves. Or, those in the lowest group of girls pick the boy who leaves and those on the lowest group of boys pick the girl who leaves. If not its really boring as the same people stay in as they’re so matey.

I actually think Liam genuinely really likes Millie and regrets almost losing her...but I don't know if it will be enough to keep his eyes forward in the real world. I don't think it would take much to turn his head.

First look is out. Priyaa and Aaron seem like two very calm and collected islanders. Their first two dates take place by the villa pool and it seems the other islanders can see them happening.

I'm sorry, but this really isn't the gig for Laura. She's a bit shouty, a bit wooden and I'm not keen on that thing she does with her hands to gee the audience up. She reminds me of the 90s ladette, which would have been a great time for her style I think.

I don't think Hugo is as bad as some do, but I think his problem was he was punching a bit in his taste in women - particularly in an environment like Love Island where everybody is gorgeous.

He liked Chloe and he liked Lucinda - Chloe at one point was the most desired girl in the villa and every boy named her as his choice, and Lucinda was the most conventionally attractive. Neither of those girls were going to go for Hugo. Not that he's unattractive at all! But he's not your typical Love Island lad. And I think that's where the problem laid for him - he wasn't interested in anybody but them.

I think Rylan would be good in the role. Empathetic but can also be cutting

I do think that Laura doesn’t like to rock the boat with her questions. I think some of the panel with Caroline could be quite opinionated and with Laura they aren’t. Are they told not to be? I was really surprised they weren’t more vocal about Faye or Jake.

Glad I’ve found this board! Agree with this… missed what Hugo said on after sun unfortunately. Predict Mary & Dale tonight Laura lovely but not right for this, doesn’t seem invested enough, want some genuine opinions from her that may have an edge go them. Not particularly convinced by any of this years couples, particularly can’t stand Faye’s aggressive behaviour with almost the only lad who didn’t cock it up in Casa amor, and the fact all the cheating boys got forgiven so easily and quickly,
