My favourite ones:

• The Couples Come Dine With Me where the Essex girl and goth man served up a plate of beige and green sludge and everybody got the giggles
• "What a sad little life Jane"
• The one that took place in a caravan and one of the guests had a strop because she hates caravans
• the one where the Italian host binned one guest's dinner after she asked why he went for a simple dish

Heather Horsfall from Basingstoke who tantrummed and stropped off upstairs when reading the results and realising she, quite deservedly, was last. Had to be persuaded to come down and finish off the programme. Hilarious. Like an angry 50 year old toddler.

I loved China who got outrageously drunk and fell asleep snoring on the sofa.

There was another show where a woman did the same and her guests made their own dinner after she retired to bed. IIRC, she took her life years later though, poor woman.
