How to look good naked....

I dont know what my body shape is.There doesnt seem to be any mention of it.
I have a fat top,flat,saggy bum and great pins.Everything at the top is big.My boobs,back and tum is big.What shape am I?

Just thought you might like to know that my mum knew the woman in the programme, and she is actually a confident, much fancied looker who used to be in the local am dram group. Apparantly she looks pretty much like she does at the end, all the time - I feel cheated!

BTW I am plump and dimpled in pretty much every department, and my advice for how to look good naked would be, to dim the lights

you sound like an apple shape mum2oliver - most uk women are pears (I think??!)I know I am - slimmer up top big bum and thighs! hth

I did think it odd that she thought she was fat.

Do you think the actual lady herself was lying to the programme or the programme deceiving us all.

I dont have a clue wht I can get away with wearing?I cant see that I could wear any of the atuff they say apple people could wear.They say to wear a belt to show off the waist but Id have my tummy spilling out all over and under the belt!

Oh me too,BUT if it is bull then Im not sure Im gunna like him so much anymore.Im gutted.I really need to know now whether its her that was lying or the programme!!!!

She doesn't know, but in other episodes the women have seemed a bit more genuine to me, so maybe it was her rather than the programme.

I thought 'How to...' was a genuine help program for those with low self-esteem. am so gullible.
