Tbf to Toby, I broke up with my exH when we first started going out because I was young and wasn't sure if he was the 'One'. Dated around for 6 months, no one gave me the same feelings and so I grovelled to get him back. Luckily I did. Divorced now but we had lots of good years. So I can sort of empathise with him. Not ideal obviously and you can never tell how genuine someone is being, but I always thought he never got over Chloe. She just dumped him over a miscommunication. In CA he even said if it had been Chloe, he'd never graft Mary. They do seem really happy, so I hope it is genuine.
