While I agree with the sentiment of not using abusive language for any of the contestants - let's not forget the previous thread was TITLED Liam is a d**k, and he was mentioned as one multiple times in the thread. No one challenged that? It shouldn't be one rule for men and one rule for women.

Also, I think contestants like Kaz, and Faye create a lot of bad blood for the boys with the public with the tears and bolshy speeches berating them and their behaviour. That too will cause mental health concerns for the boys outside. Faye even stuck her middle finger out at Liam on two occasions after Milliam-gate. I can't imagine the uproar if one of the boys had done it to her. Which is why it's grating to see them behave as badly as the lads, and justify it with, "oh i've been hurt before". Tbh we have no idea if they really have been hurt before by "bad" men or if they are actually quite toxic gfs.

I completely understand why Matthew wasn't honest with Kaz about why he was being distant. Any response would have been twisted because she didn't want the truth, she just wanted his validation. That last scene when she was crying she has already lumped him in the same category as Tyler (???) as one of those terrible men who disappoint her... Not cuddling her because she's crying over another man is apparently the same as being unceremoniously dumped by a flaky ex.

It's an ombre lip. To be fair it looks great on Instagram, as would all of Faye's makeup. It's not a style designed to be worn out in the wild, all that highlighter and foundation not matching.

She'll see it when she gets out and tone it down, more than likely.

She's been over the fact that she's insecure so she's obviously invested time and effort into learning how to mask up.

I think Sam is a massive twat. He was practically rubbing his hands together with glee when the girls received that postcard. He wasn’t into Faye at all, she was just his ticket to stay.

Women are excusing behaviour due to past and men have to be ultra careful.

Women can attempt to get 2 to 'graft' men have to be careful.

However, Liam was out of order and yet many women would happily put up with that after he 'grafted' a bit to make him 'sweat' - I mean seriously.

I'd like to see more of the new girls now instead of the usual dragged out Millie/liam, Kaz/Tyler and Toby/chloe

So would I, however, I think they will be voting off and the originals who seem so entitled to their space on the show will remain. A shame really since new characters can make it more interesting. The old originals have mainly played out their stories now and settled in for the win.

It shit this year and its looks heavily scripted or planned out.

Yeah, it came out of nowhere and is totally bizarre! Tyler isn't into Kaz. To be fair I don't think he's into Clarisse either. Very, very strange. The two of them are acting very egotistical and entitled. I don't like the way the newbies are made to be supporting actors to the original islanders.

They have got to do something to try and shake this season up, is beyond dull and predictable with barely any likeable characters.

Seems to be some weird clique or cachet to be an original islander - particularly amongst the girls, like it gives them a sense of heightened entitlement or something.

Teddy is the only one I find likeable - and perhaps Millie. Together they would have won it for sure.

Kaz treating Matthew like he should be grateful for anything he gets and should be spending his entire time attending to her every need. He looked so dejected, all of the new islanders just look bored and dejected. Who can blame them.

I don't understand the double standards either, Millie seemed to find it ok that Toby had decided he would like to get back with Chloe, after he'd effectively test driven 2 other girls, Liam had done the same in Casa Amour except because it was somewhere Millie wasn't so he couldn't pull her for a chat or whatever, as others have said Kaz is doing the same as was Faye, exploring options, using someone, it's the same difference! kissing and cuddling another person outside a committed relationship isn't cheating, especially on a gameshow designed to test and tempt and encourage people to share a bed from the outset on the basis of initial attraction. Thinking of the do bits society in the past, Lillie and Liam didn't do bits as far as I can tell, and she didn't say they did either
