Yes, I want to know what people think too - thought the Dr Who diehards (of which I am one) would be discussing it avidly on here.

I'm quite looking forward to it. There's a precedent for companions popping back for one-off appearances. (She's not coming back for good.)

I think he's right, "Rose Tyler:Earth Defence" would have been hard to take seriously!

"Torchwood" was ropey in places - the Welsh cannibals and the Weevil Fight Club episodes in particular. And some of the Sarah Jane episodes have been decidedly hmmmmm - I love her, but I could have done with more K-9 and less Slitheen. Much less Slitheen.

Looking forward to it. There was so much chemistry between them. I wanted to get into Torchwood but I just found Jack to go a bit 'panto' as a leading man, where in Dr Who he was brilliant.
