Hugo liking Chloe is funny but I think she's the best of those three girls.

Kaz is a bit OTT in my opinion.

But I think Hugo never stopped liking Chloe and I think he even said he had been. Leaning towards Chloe when abi came in but she shut things down so he chose Abi bit he wasn't that into her.

Mary's accent is strange.

If Toby and Chloe pair up again then that leaves Abi/Mary/Millie and Dale/Sam/Liam without partners so could be some new couples amongst them. I wouldn’t be surprised if Mary goes for Liam.

Kaz needs to drop it now, everyone’s moved on.

Lillie looks like an EXACT mash up of Molly Mae and Lucie Donlan from series 5.

Toby is pure entertainment at this point

I’m absolutely here for Faye and Teddy and think they could be in with a chance of winning. Although tbh I’d rather anyone win over Jake.

@desperatehousewife21 to me that looked like a chat where Tyler was maybe saying he wasn’t sure about his decision to bring Clarisse back and then Kaz shutting him down as she doesn’t want to be anyone’s option.

I don't think there are many here excusing Liam's behaviour. He was completely in the wrong but that doesn't mean Lillie wasn't also in the wrong for exaggerating the situation.

It was the smug look on her face even though she could see Millie was getting upset that really didn't sit right and made it come across she was playing a nasty game.

Liam owed Millie more but that still doesn't excuse Lillie's behaviour after the event. And to clarity I am not excusing Liam in any way. His behaviour since he came back has been shitty too, lying and minimising and not giving Millie any respect. "She's telling me no but I don't believe her" about says it all.

And on a lighter note, I'm almost scared to see what Toby does next, but he is becoming more amusing than annoying.

If it's even stevens for numbers, perhaps it's time for a viewers vote (individual Islanders, not couples) Leaving a few more singletons so there's a nice interesting girls choice recoupling, then send in some newbies (2 boys, 1 girl - who will of course end up with Toby )

I think Chloe & Toby will get back together and Dale & Abi will couple. Didnt he kiss Abi when he had to pick the girl he fancies the most during a challenge? Abi also said he was the only one who really caught her eye from the new boys.

Laura really isn’t cutting it for me. It seems so forced, she’s definitely not a natural presenter.

He told her he had a connection with her, and would have been with her if it wasn't for Millie. When she put him on the spot he quite happily snogged her.
And let's not forget the time in bed when she had her nipple on show and he told her he was enjoying the view...
He was definitely stringing her along.

He seemed to think that by just 'chosing' Millie on his return to the village, she should just have been falling at his feet in gratitude and adoration.

she could have exaggerated if she wanted too but I don't believe she did.. but obvs there is varying opinions to this...

I feel sorry for both Millie and Lillie.. but Lillie more so because the anger directed at her on Twitter etc is pretty frightening..

Yessss I think maura would be such a good presenter for love island! I don't dislike Laura or anything, but don't feel she's overly suited to the programme.

It’s weird isn’t it how we all read something different from an interaction. Social media, insta, Twitter is alight with comments on Millie lying snd exaggerating, but there’s a small percentage like youtself who just can’t see what about ninety percent of viewers are seeing.

It’s amazing how five people can watch something, four see one thing and one can’t see it snd jist totally believes what’s being said and that if Lillie says it it must be true and we just didn’t see it.

Are the four overly cynical? Is the one lacking any form of critical thinking? Somethings causing the difference..

I just see any factual differences between what Lillie said and what we saw though?
He did say she was dangerous, he did ask her to share a bed, he did kiss her 3 times (and bragged about it to the boys).
I guess in his head it wasn't a big deal but in hers it meant he had genuine feelings, hence her 'exaggeration'?

Agree with pp re Laura. I feel like it was a Lazy decision at the time to bring her in, but understandable, given the circumstances.

I've always felt too that had her fella not been so heavily involved with Love Island it would have been something she would have sneered at.

Maura would be an excellent choice.

3 weeks today is the final. Wow it's been a hard watch. The opposite of a classic series.

Yeah, definitely miles away from its heyday. I think the year it became really popular they weren't expecting it, like the series with Liv in did well, but the series after was something else, it doesn't work as well now that the producers expect it to do well as do the contestants; I think it lost a bit of its genuine flair and the manufacturing of situations and motives of those who go on it have taken the fun out. This season has been both boring yet serious imo, not much fun at all.

I predict that it will come back next year, but with a different presenter and without Iain, and the format will be slightly different. Not sure how, but maybe a villa of boys and a villa of girls to start who then mix after a few days once we have got to know them as individuals a bit?
