All this “oh I want to kiss you but I shouldn’t” nonsense is classic cheater talk- it’s a way of flirting and telling someone you like them while getting to pretend you’re a stand up guy. If he actually wasn’t interested he would’ve just been like “oh I’m flattered but I actually really like the girl I’m coupled up with”, not groaning and going on about how hard it was for him and going off for little chats about how attracted to her he is

Yes he did, I hope millie doesn't forgive him as she deserves better, but embellishing things doesn't really help things. It's cruel to Millie as petty revenge toward Liam, and I think it just proves what many people think young women do, exaggerate stuff to cause trouble.
