Yes, he seems just to go for the most popular girls. Who have already been charmed by someone more confident (Amy, Chloe, Lucinda). All the girls in there are very attractive and seem to have nice personalities once they get past the initial 'I'm a maneater' video intros. Why doesn't he speak to someone maybe a bit quieter who hasn't already had her head turned by one of guys more practiced in chatting up etc, and get to know her in a calm, fun, friendly way?

If anything I think Hugo is a bit too entitled and arrogant, he only wants to go for the girls he sees as most popular, and is simply not interested in getting to know anyone else. He was certainly not lacking in self esteem when he binned off Sharon, Aj and Georgia.

Mary is much more attractive than Lillie and amy even can't see the attraction it's strange.

LI will struggle to get significant representation from British Asians for cultural reasons. Whilst many second generation British Asians might have immediate family members who would be ok with it, there is a huge contingent of opinionated aunties and uncles, community members, etc, to factor in. You will still find contenders, but it will be a much smaller pool.

I might convince my 22 year old cousin to tell our family WhatsApp group she is going on love island as a prank for next year’s April Fools. The meltdown from my aunts will be hilarious to watch!

The new girl Lily - she has strange protruding teeth - not unusual in itself but they look fake and protruding teeth are unusual to see on LI.

And if certain posters want to see black women on tv doing well because they are black and berate LI for lack of diversity - why not applaud LI for putting an Irish traveller on it last year. Nothing was said about that because Tommy was likeable. It could very easily ha e swung the other way!

I don’t think he is. I think he really likes Millie and will go back to her. I think this is just the producers adding some drama. He’s not even spooned her in bed, he’s done nothing but flirt.

Exactly and this is why any Asian contestants have usually been mixed race. In these cases obviously the Asian parent is more 'westernised'.

Yes but he needs to be picked to stay in. His best bet would be to make a strong play for a girl who is available and open to meeting someone, as Chloe is but Abi not so much. Once he's safely in after Casa Amor, he can look around more.

@Useruser12344 Hugo was born with a club foot and had many operations to fix it. I think the girls do notice this and it’s swaying them as most are all about looks.
I don’t get the hate for him to be honest and find it uncomfortable, the lad obviously signed up for LI but I never know how they cope once they come out and read all the Twitter comments etc. I wonder if they are told not to? Of course they still can.
I’m so surprised Liam has seemed to have forgotten Millie so quickly. Millie is totally gorgeous and seems such a fun person to be around too. So disappointed in him, even if he comes back to Millie I don’t think I’d want him if I were her!
Jake is obviously playing the game and telling the lads to go and explore the new women but anyone with an ounce of sense would also see what he’s doing too as it’s pretty obvious! If the boys listen to him that’s their own fault.

Hugo 'dumped' the earlier girls I think because he was getting in first before they [in his mind] dumped him.

He doesn't do himself any favours by seemingly regarding women as a scary alien species rather than as people. Nor does he do himself any favours with his choice of 'look'. The hairstyle is awful [see also Dale and Noah off Emmerdale]. I'm sure I've seen him wearing ankle or calf length sports socks with trainers. His shirts aren't 'that' awful but neither do they suit him as a style. And he doesn't seem to wear those more fashionable undercrackers that all the other lads wear [might be mistaken on that one .

Wouldn't surprise me to learn he's studied all that PUA stuff IRL as well.

I hope Teddy is sincere, he is my favourite man now after Liam’s shenanigans. Millie seems so sweet and fun, I hope she doesn’t give Liam the time of day after this. Definitely getting player vibes off him, so weird when he seemed so smitten with Millie before CA.
