Rachel is lighter skinned, and there is less of a bias against black men than against black women in dating terms. In particular, it's quite common for the girls on LI to say they 'like mixed race guys'.

I see what you are saying, as we must have had about 20 islanders by now and so statistically it is likely in a diverse group that large that one person would be gay or a member of the LGBTQ+ community.

But, in order to give that person equal choice, they would have to bring in a lot more contestants if they were working on a 1:10 ratio. Having said that, they brought Sophie in (RIP).

Just agreeing what others have said re Jake having a game plan from the start, in that he was always planning on sticking with the first girl he was coupled up with and making a big show of presenting the bracelet. Liberty seems to be quite observant of other peoples behaviour and has given friends in there good advice so I don’t know how she doesn’t question how genuine he is.

@jay55 same! I know it's been said before on the thread but I do wonder if they realise their bums look quite so bare and unsupported. Same with the underboob cleavage look this year.

Toby's comment about Hugo being a 'girl follower' really annoyed me. As if to say being loyal or having a woman's back is demeaning and beneath him. I guess we know how Toby views women now.
