Those poor kids - and the arrogance of those judges who are not made accountable for their decisions.

The footage of teenagers being forcibly removed was harrowing. The system is being used completely inappropriately. There's plenty of research on the long lasting negative impact of disrupted attachment :(

The other jaw dropping case was the mother who found her children’s father was a convicted paedophile yet still has had to go to court 37 times.

This is awful just at the bit now where them poor children being dragged away by the police

I'm recording this to watch tomorrow. Place marking so I can look at this thread tomorrow. Utterly distressing I can imagine though. I'm part way through family court proceedings and just had findings of domestic abuse and child abuse found against my monster horrific ex. Pray that the system doesn't fail us and cafcass and the local authority recognise he is a deranged danger to a small child.

It's absolutely shocking isn't it? And the poor woman is likely to have to face it all again when the barring order expires in a year's time :( These parents (usually women) are just totally trapped in a relentless nightmare. Think how often posters are advised to ltb on here?! For good reason, often. But the nightmare doesn't end there it seems.

Sadly this is all too common. I'm in court proceedings. Had findings of domestic abuse (racial, coercive control, endangering our child, handling our 6 month old roughly etc), and they're still pushing for contact. He's a monster. He's going to ruin us both if he gets access (which he will). 2 non mols and a load of PTSD later and here we are.

I actually can't believe what I watched. Harrowing doesn't even describe it. Those screams of those teenagers were horrific. I can't even believe this happens in real life. Police turning up at midnight!!

Hi. Sorry to be so naive i've just started watching.

Can I check what's happening? A judge has said for whatever reason the kids must live with their dad. The kids don't want too so are being removed?

Dos the court not need evidence that the mum is abusive or can the kids not have a say?

I'm literally 9 minutes in so all may come clear.

If the father truly cared for the children wouldn't he do what's best for them? Let them stay with mom if that's what they want?
