we only caught the end of it - but both DH and I were really laughing, agree with another posting tis nice to hear DH laugh that like..

Don't hear enough of it! not that he is grumpy really just not much on tele that really makes him laugh...

actually miss watching him and his mum laughing away together and the rest of us having no idea what they thought was funny! bless her cotton socks!

Mistymoo · 26/11/2007 15:30

I was listening out for all the "meanwhiles" because Jeremy was on Radio 1 with Moyles and they mentioned how many times they say meanwhile so Jeremy said he would put in extra ones this week.

It was a good episode. All in our family love it. Jennifer Saunders was good too. Hope she beats Simon Cowell because he was soo full of himself.

horsemadgal · 26/11/2007 16:19

Thanks Sidge, can't wait to see it!

bossybritches · 26/11/2007 17:14

We're dying to see it after hearing DH guffawing so loudly on Sunday!!

Flibbertyjibbet · 26/11/2007 17:16

My dad once drove the car Jeremy had so I was extra laughing.

Must admit I also had a at Richard Hammonds strange gelled messy haircut.

Macdog · 26/11/2007 17:19

Between Top Gear and Have I Got News for You with Ann Widdecombe I doubt whether I have laughed so much while watching TV.
Mind you I did make the mistake of watching Top Gear while having dinner - sprayed everywhere when the doors fell off Clarkson's car

Lazarou · 26/11/2007 17:37

I normally avoid it like the plague but dh likes it so last night I watched it and it was rather entertaining. I bought jeremy clarksons book for dh for christmas today, it was half price in waterstones.

And DH was laughing his ass off

bananaknickers · 26/11/2007 17:39

I wnet to see Top Gear being filmed a couple of weeks ago. The day was fantastic and we laughed all day. They have got the best jobs in the world, I reckon.

Flibbertyjibbet · 26/11/2007 20:27

Have just seen a trailer for the Top Gear dvd xmas pressie thing. For men of course, but with Richard Hammond draped all over the cover to make sure all the women rush out and buy it. Well not me I'm a James May kinda gel.

rantinghousewife · 26/11/2007 20:30

To my shame I really enjoyed it, although I don't normally watch because Clarkson tries a leetle too hard to be irritating.
I suspect that it was the fact that my dad owned two of the three BL cars they showed, that made me enjoy it so much.

FairyBasslet · 26/11/2007 21:38

Utterly hysterical. DH and I were crying with laughter. Love it, even Clarkson. The whole programme is just so deliciously un-PC. Fabulous.

biglips · 26/11/2007 23:13
