I have deliberately avoided all things Djok. No matches or interviews. The first time I've seen him was tonight and I had the sound down and wasn't watching, until that question in his press conference. He really did not like that!

I've just seen that Paddy McGuinness is taking over as Sue on QoS.
I don't mind Paddy, but it is starting to feel like the same people are doing everything . I expected someone a bit younger, to be honest- and perhaps with an actual sporting connection? Grin.

We call it Tony Slattery Syndrome, (shows my age) where the same person is wheeled out for everything so you finally get sick of them.

I haven't really watched QoS regularly for years, but I liked the 'old' team.
I'm not a fan of change Grin.
And Sue really didn't want to leave Sad.

DD1 went back to school on Monday, after 10 days off- her 6th lot of isolation, since September. Monday.

I got a message 20 minutes ago. She was a close contact yesterday. So that's it. School finishes next Friday. She isn't to go back til September. One of her friends was sent home having been in all of 3 days in the last 4 weeks.

I got a message yesterday to say they had sent home years 7 and 8. (She's year 10. We joked she would be next).

I have worked out, since September, she has been in school for less than 15 weeks in total.

But her GCSEs won't be affected, oh no. Bloody ridiculous. Angry

I actually have to Do Things today as we're getting a new washing machine tomorrow and have to have the wiring changed. I am not sure how much of today's matches I'll get to see. Sad

impossible he was asked something about whether he was chasing the Federer/ Nadal's records- and he got a bit sniffy and said he wasn't chasing anything, he was making his own history. Something like that anyone. I was half listening Grin.

It's rubbish- he has been chasing them for years- he really wants to come out on top- he is obsessesd with having the most slams/weeks at number / titles etc.

kazza I'd have put money on Alex Scott being part of QoS. The Beeb went through a phase shoe- horning her into every presenting job available.
At least she's a sportsperson, though. Grin
