I read an article in the Irish Times about Djok and his final against Roger which included this quote

"Afterwards Djokovic said he tricked himself into thinking the crowd were shouting ‘Novak’ when they were chanting ‘Roger’ in what must be the most plaintive thing ever uttered by a Centre Court champion."

It's sad really.

Oh it's Popyrin he beat not Isner. Nishioka is playing Isner. I always mix their names up when I'm reading scores. I also have to double check when I see Novak D. On the scoreboard

You knowledgeable lot - I must be doing something wrong with the red button. All I can get is the Norriw match on bbc2 and the Svitolina match on the red button. I thought we could watch all the matches being played, but am I wrong? I am looking for the berrettini/pella match which I was really enjoying.

Well it's on RB2 but just ended. Berrettini won. Farewell Little Cain.

Fizzy I honestly think that stupid decision only happened for that match. it makes no sense.

I think all of the matches are on iplayer? I could get about 5 matches on the red button earlier WellTidy but not really sure how it all works

My tv only seems to have RB1 (channel 601, we are with virgin). And then it jumps to 670 which is the start of the - ahem - adult channels.

It's really annoying Well. I'm in Ireland so all my red buttons are in a separate section of Sky and I have to put a pin code every time I change between them. Why can't BBC stick with a match until it ends?

Well they don't show all the matches on the red button, just a select few (I don't think all the courts have cameras). If you have Virgin, the 'red button' channels start on 990- 997 (ish). I think my mum said it's 880+ on Sky. It's always annoying when the red button duplicates things that are on other channels (and itself!)

Yes, they do have the matches on iplayer- my iplayer is faff, and never seems to work properly before it decides to freeze Fortunately it hasn't been an issue with the matches I've wanted to watch.

Good idea Well. I could put all the red buttons on and save scrambling around looking for matches.

I can never find all the red button matches on TV but they all seem to be on the online iPlayer. But that's probably my ancient TV

I'm confused about who's playing what round today.

Fizzy I think they changed the roof rule after that semi final day(s) in 2018.
