Saw it for the first time the other night. Rather disappointing I thought.

I am loving it, although you have to accept that it is not supposed to be in any way historical

I have missed one or two though.

It seems awfully slow. How many weeks is it now? And he still hasn't got a divorce. And it irritates me that they've made Henry and Anne more or less the same age.

I did think that last night actually as I have missed a few episodes and tuned in expecting to see Mary on the throne.

Well quite. Are they doing all the Tudors? It'll take years at this rate.

I am wondering the same, they will have to spend as much time on Elizabeth if that is the case.

have just looked and it is just on Henry VIII and is his early reign, I think other series' may follow

Friday night was a rather dreary episode. Can't remember any nudity or shagging or murder. I enjoyed the cure for the sweating sickness...an impliment used for getting the crud out of horses hooves bashed into the spine, excellent stuff.

The dialogue is so bad, but I thoroughly enjoy nakedness in (or out of) period costume (loved Rome too). I'll be sticking with it.
