Quick question for those who know everything about The West Wing.

Just watched the episode where Simon Donovan (Secret Service bloke)is shot. The one where they're all at the theatre in NY.

Anyway, what is that music??? It's been driving me crazy all night.
Sounds sort of gospel/civil rights thingy.
Also is it the same guy as sings the sort of reggae version of somewhere over the rainbow used by ER when Mark Green dies? They sound kinda similar.

Well. I saw this thread title and clicked smugly thinking "how can I help?" but I didn't know off the top of my head.
BUT a quick look at the awesome West Wing Ep Guide
would suggest that it's Jeff Buckley's Hallelujah which they use a fair amount in the West Wing - I'm sure they used it when Josh got shot too.
