Oh that end scene with Faith and Cain made me cry a little.

So, the whole Cain hating his mum is due to the fact Faith left him and Chas as kids and then he took the beatings that Faith used to get from Shadrach? Is that the gist of it? Such a very tragic back story (I know lots of us are furious Shadrach was turned into an abuser) and has the potential for some beautiful scenes to come with Cain and Faith - if the bloody writers get it right!

I do think people have a tendency to see Robron through rose-tinted glasses, it was a very very toxic relationship, like who ties up the person they love to a radiator and then threatens to shoot them . So many examples of their awful behaviour to each other that is glossed over cos they're both young and good-looking...
I do feel for the actor playing Ben, social distancing isn't helping, the whole bullying storyline was a mistake, hopefully his weird dad will disappear and they can get to being a proper drama free couple.
