So glad Jenny gave Johnny what for. How dare he complain that she buys stale bread when he's treated her terribly over the years. Not even mentioning his affair with Liz he has shut her out of every family saga, let all his kids treat Jenny like shit as well and pushed her away and wanted to divorce her when he went to prison.

Jenny is well rid of him. But yes, no doubt he will come crawling back, but only because he doesn't want her to be with anyone else.

@Roussette agree that the Corey phone storyline had so much potential and it fizzled out after all the build up for this week.

Hopefully the divers will recover the bag which will also contain Corey's trainers and those trainers will be a match for the prints found on Nina and possibly Seb.

I don’t understand what Corey was dumping. Surely the police would have asked for his clothing and shoes as soon as they suspected he was involved with Seb’s murder? Apparently he was dumping his tracksuit 3 days after the murder.

I suppose croaky Sharon got away, seeing as we haven’t heard from her? If the Harvey/Sharon story ends will Nick, Leanne and Simon come home? I really haven’t missed them!

Yes that crossed my mind too but as @Honeyroar says they searched his apartment. Seb died the same day or maybe the next day after he was attacked didn’t he? So 3 days later would have have been too late to dump his clothes. But also wasn’t the police woman saying something about him being on CCTV on the same night Seb was attacked so maybe he hid the bag on that night and then came back 3 days later to dump it. It’s quite confusing. Why weren’t the viewers shown any of Corey’s sneaking around? I hate when shows solve crimes by the police suddenly announcing they have evidence that the viewer never knew about. It’s like they just want the story wrapped up quickly with minimal effort.

I suppose he arrived home put trainers in wash. For some reason not the clothes he was wearing, maybe he put some blood on his cuffs as he “held Kelly”. Rather than any splat kick patterns when he stabbed his nose. Then Asha came
Home so he hid clothes then later dumped.

Least it’s a better end t all the girls are talking again and justice is done. Kelly needs to go down for assault if not murder.

My theory had always been that Jenny still feels gratitude that he took a chance on her after the kidnap, and has never been able to get away from the idea that she owes him loyalty. She can’t see a better bet for herself.

Yes Sarah and Carla might have done a bit of hair pulling in other circumstances. They’re going to have fun at work for a while!
