Yes let’s hope so. Although he strikes me as the type to have his car valeted after he got rid of Tina.

But surely the forensics will find Whitney's finger prints on the steering wheel in Gray's car?!?

I particularly enjoyed Phil bellowing at Kat as she lay 'dying' in the road, then from about 12 feet away yelling 'we're losing her', then someone going to get a defibrillator - seems they don't need doctors anymore! You can tell exactly what's wrong with someone just by looking from 12 feet away!

I’ve never understood why an actress being pregnant has to result in their character having some major drama resulting in them being out of the soap for months.

Why not just film a few filler scenes before they go on maternity leave and just slot them in every so often. Most soaps don’t have all the characters heavily featuring all the time so someone in the background for a few months wouldn’t be too strange and would save some badly forced storyline which seems to happen all too often.

Agree with this, the ridiculous over complicated storylines for Stacey leaving are a prime example.

I do find Whitney infuriating. In her late 20’s now but hasn’t learnt a thing and still always looking for a man to tell her what to do. She wasn’t great with Lee - he was very clearly desperately unhappy but she was always putting the pressure on, pushing him to get married and get a better job etc. Similar with Callum really - his lack of interest in her was loudly signposted but she kept pushing him. Once upon a time they were suggesting she would be a teaching assistant or youth worker but nothing came of that. Then there was her market stall and all that camouflage stuff she was selling online. All came to nothing, apparently. She acted idiotically with that stalker (forgot his name) by meeting him and compromising the case etc. Now they are obviously setting her up for some kind of relationship with Gray which is the last straw IMO. Poor Chantelle just wasn’t important enough to resolve the Gray storyline. They had to make it all about bloody Whitney - again.

It did make me laugh tonight when Kathy was so incredulous about Phil and Kat being together, going from Kush to Phil!
