not really seen this before all the way through but my best friend converted me. Have just texted her (through tears as blubbing!) told her she is my best friend but he is my gay best friend

Sonya is my friend.
She's fab, has had such a tough time this lat couple of years and HTLGN has made such a difference to her. I had a bit of a weep at the end.

I wasn't crazy about the hair either. She has a lovely smile, one of those that really opens her face up. I loved last night's show, as she has a similar shape to me, although her boobs are a lot bigger than my bee stings, but listening to Gok, it really made me feel better about my shape.

Had a text from my Sister this morning, it said "I think I'd quite like to give Gok one."

I loved the long metallic print dress they put her in and she looked fab in her undies at the end of the show. I so want to strut down a catwalk in my smalls now.

I didnt see it but have watched it before and he is relaly good at building the cofidence... nothing like the other two with a similar programme.... mentioning no names, but they are awful.

thank you for your kind words. they really are fab and mean alot. its weird having people you dont know see stuff about your life but actually it doesnt matter as its had such a great infulence on my life that i dont care! i have to admit i am kind of proud of it actually!

i also have to say that i REALLY didnt want to be on tv (that is why they chose me - the more i said it the more they wanted me?!!) every single time i saw the crew i tried to pull out! i was terrified. now i dont mind, i would do it all again at the drop of a hat and enjoy every second this time!

gok is simply lovely. we really hit it off (not at first, during that mirror moment i think i might have hated him quite a lot at that point) but i grew to love him like my best friend and now am missing him loads. i spent 3.5 moths filming with him and the crew and i can honestly say that he is just as you see him on tv! he puts on a bit of the loud-over-the-top personality for hte tv but he just as genuine and personal (if not even more when the cameras are not rolling). he has been in touch a couple of times since we stopped filming just to say hi which i am very flattered by as i know how busy he is. i am missing him like crazy now its all over but we are both very busy people so its hard to stay in touch. i know he would if he could. the rest of the crew were amazing too, the researcher that looked after me (nadine) was fabulous and like a best friend, we shared so much during the filming it is hard to say goodbye.
anyway thank you again for all your kind words i am glad you enjoyed the show. we enjoyed making it !

wow ! I wondered whether you might be on mumsnet when I was watching - you looked lovely before the whole thing in my opinion !! your house looked fab too !! I prefer your hair shorter though.. and wish Gok was my friend

It was so wonderful to see Sonya on the catwalk at the end - she commanded attention and looked like a new woman! She also moved beautifully - you could see her dance background
