This Time With Alan Partridge

Couldn't see a thread ahead of tonight's new series..

I'm really looking forward to it, I was a bit apprehensive about the first series but ended up loving it nearly as much as the original Alan series.

Anyone else watching tonight?

Beyond excited. It needs to be good.

This Time series one was a bit hit and miss.

Want to see Lynn. Glad Rosie is on it. Miss Michael a lot and wish he hadn't jumped off that pier in Alpha Papa (although it was one of the funniest bits in the film).

Love the newly sinister Lynn and the woman reporter who contradicts everything he says.

Only seen the first episode so far. Loved it I couldn't stop laughing. He sits far too close to Jennie, and all the audience were socially distanced too. Sidekick Simon not being able to work the touch screen is getting a bit old though. And to the people saying they can't stand Alan Partridge, surely that's the point? He's meant to be massively unlikeable.

Episode 3 best so far IMO. Some great throw backs to MMM and Alpha Papa.

Finally got to watch episode 2. Loved Alan explaining the history of regional itv to the prison inmates and totally missing the point of the whole experience as usual.

Apparently someone's started a petition to get Steve Coogan to present an episode of the One Show as Alan Partridge.
