Anyone been watching this? Saw the first one and thought it was brilliant and I just love Ewan.

yes am watching. love ewan. find charlie irritating. the last series was better because they went more slovely through the countries. can't believe ewan's wife is going too.

I know. Felt sorry for Charlie and for Ewan when she pushed that on them, but fair play to her.

I think i'm in love with Ewan. what a lovely, lovely, funny, charming, intelligent, kind man. !!!!

Oh puhlease!!

Anyone find this list of programme irritating?
I mean I want to watch it but they're going so quickly that it's just dull.
Except for how awful when they say things like
"OOO look at all the scruffy little poor people smiling in their happy way! Look, they have nothing but they smile and dance and ask us for money! Look at the darling ickle scuttling Africans! Look at the pyramids Ooh lummey! OO look at the ickle African who recognises me from Star wars!!"
I can't be the only one who is appalled?

I love it too! And Ewan is mine!

I love Ewan, he's got a fab smile, and a bit of rough. Hopefully now they've caught their ferry they can slow the pace down now a bit and actually enjoy it.

I thought the Long Way Round series was very good, they are both personable presenters and showed the kind of things that make a travelogue for me, ie they don't just tell you about where they went, but they also tell you how it made them feel. Hope to catch some of this series.
