Help me love TV again

Basically I've got myself into such a negative cycle. I was diagnosed with generalised anxiety after having my first daughter. My second is now 6 months old and I'm ok, more aware of it now but it still effects me massively.
I get so panicky about starting a new series. I know, Its crazy.. The main reason is that if it involves anything negative or sad that happens to a child it will haunt me for ages. It will just consume me if I see a child hurt or in distress. I know its not real and I know its something I need to confront and I'm getting there, but in the mean time.. please can you recommend any great TV series that definitely dont include what I hate seeing? I'm really interested in Killing Eve, line of duty looks great too.. can people confirm to me they would be ok?
Again I know it may seem stupid, but I get so nervous about seeing something me and my OH barely watch anything anymore. And it's my fault he would love to watch something.. I used to love a gripping TV series. I love love documentaries too. I've watched a few things here and there. Like I looooooved the crown! I think its because I know what happens! Haha
Please help me from spending the evenings getting sucked into my phone :(
Thanks in advance :)

That's a difficult one to deal with. and I sympathise. I never used to watch any tv, but when I couldn't deal with life, and my head was too noisy, I learned how to use the distraction that tv gave me

TV: I download anything I want to watch, and most of it comes from the US, What kind of tv do you generally like?

@josbd thank you, yeah I used to watch a lot of rubbish.. think love island Haha! But I love mindless content. Where my brain can just switch off! But I also love a variety of things, like I'd happily watch grand designs too! But I want to watch with my OH and he is very much into well made TV series with a good story. So far together we have watched things like GOT when it first came out, the crown and we watch documentaries mainly about things that only involve adults Haha. I am wondering if the flight attendant would be good for me to watch... it looked good on Google box Haha
