Is anyone else getting really irritated by the fact that Steph keeps referring to “all this way” with Steve, like she lives 5000 miles away, yet he keeps turning up there and she turned up at the office?

Surely it would have been simpler to have her move somewhere closer? Fresh start and all that.

I just thought Kate had changed clothes because she'd come straight from the reservoir where she got wet helping Terry.

Also surprised they’re on to Ryan already but Kate is DEFINITELY on to Jo as not being top-top.

Enjoyed this episode, laughed at Ted and his old battle line. Another nod to real life events with the Cliff Richard mention. Also thought Kelly Macdonald's acting seemed to have warmed up a bit ... or just that I'm more used to her character perhaps?

Decided I'm going to watch the previous episode just before the new episode each week both to recap but also to prolong the LOD experience, I miss being able to binge watch!

It's strangly still.more believable than the scraps they have thrown Steve's way. Whether anything happens or not with steve it got a bit predictable and ridiculous. Be nice to see some more personal development and vulnerability with Kate besides the odd mention of her ex ? Husband and her son she never see

I don't understand why Steve is bothered about the drugs test, it's otc meds for a back injury not like he's been taking street heroin. Of course the levels will be high but easily explained by extra doses or whatever.

I think Jo is like Corbett, an uco similar to operation Peartree but based in the police, leaking info to the ocg to find out who the real police ocg person is.

Steve's gonna be in.more trouble and more likely out of a job due to the drugs than honesty akd a drs appointment. Plus no offence but u can't claim to say you are too worried about your job to see a dr yet repeatedly sleep with witnesses suspect spouses of staff and staff literally the entire time

I agree, I don't think Jo is bad but she's definitely running scared. She looked upset that Farida had been assaulted in prison and I think she's trying to be as good as she can whilst being forced to be dodgy. Why though?

Had to watch this on catch up today. Must admit the bit with Ryan and the car made me laugh. It was like Fatal Attraction! And when the one Blondes doesn't trust said 'lovely woman' and with the golf clubs . Jed seems to be playing for laughs.

It must be bewildering if you haven't seen previous series.
